Management aspirants are admitted based on a rigorous selection process. The course is ideally suited for candidates with science, engineering and commerce background with basic computing skills. All candidates are required to take a written test followed by group discussion and personal interview, test of communication skills, etc. candidate can take any one of the following written tests.

Application

Application form along with information brochure may be obtained from the Admission Office of the Institute on payment of Rs650/- (Six Hundred & Fifty only) by DD payable to IBMT at Bangalore.

Please fill it and send it by courier / registered mail / speed post along with a Demand Draft for Rs.650 /- ($20 for foreign & NRI students) in favour of “Institute of Business Management & Technology” payable to Bangalore, India.

The completed application must contain the following documents: • Photocopy of School / PUC certificate

  • Photocopies of all Degrees / Diplomas from college / University and marks / grades obtained. Those who are appearing in their final examinations should submit a copy of the marks sheet of their last examination.
  • Two passport size photographs (not later than six months)
  • Letter of Sponsorship (in case of Sponsored Candidates)
  • Self-Addressed envelope with postage stamps of Rs.25 only

Eligibility

Candidates applying for admission to the Post Graduate Programme should fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

  • Graduate or its equivalent Degree / Diploma in science, Commerce, Engineering, Graduates in arts with Mathematics and Statistics background from a regcognised Indian or Foreign University, with 50% aggregate marks
  • Preference is given to the candidates who have basic computer literacy, have basic proficiency in quantitative skills; may have acquired advanced skills in hardware / software technologies compatible with the programme and / or have knowledge of a foreign language
  • Proficiency in English Language, Foreign and NRI students whose mother tounge is not English, are required to produce the score in TOEFL (Test for English as a Foreign Language) or BEC or any other proof of proficiency acceptable to the Institute
  • Special consideration is given to women candidates and candidates from North Eastern States, Minorities and weaker sections of society
    Special considerations may be given to candidates sponsored by industries and business organizations
