Objective

Many organizations are adopting A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^® Guide), from the Project Management Institute, and the related Project Management Professional (PMP^®) Certification, as the primary sources of competency in the field of Project Management. Surveys by the Project Management Institute have shown that certified Project Management Professionals experience higher average earnings and hiring preferences worldwide. The course is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the six domains of Project Management competency.
